Accessibility
Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse is a user-friendly building that is handicapped accessible and provides a safe and comfortable environment for all of our guests. Our Guest Services Ambassadors are trained to know how to accommodate the special needs of our guests. Alcoholic Beverage Policy
Alcoholic beverages (including non-alcoholic beer and wine) or illegal drugs are not permitted to be brought into Rocket Mortgage FieldHousefor Cavaliers games or otherevents. Alcoholic beverages may be purchased once inside the Fieldhouse. A Valid I.D. (State I.D., Driver's License and Military I.D.) is required for purchase of Alcohol if you appear to be 30 years of age or younger. The service limit for events is 2 alcoholic beverages per transaction. Alcohol service cut-off is made at the beginning of the 4th quarter for NBA games, at the end of the second intermission for AHL games, or at management's discretion.
Animals
Trained guide dogs or service animals assisting guests are welcome inside Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse while emotional support animals are not permitted.All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times.
Announcements
The Cavaliers provide in-game announcements displayed on the in-House corner boards during halftime for a $25 donation. Proceeds will go to the Cavaliers Youth Fund and requests must be submitted Monday-Friday, at least 72 hours before tipoff. Please visit www.nba.com/cavaliers/entertainment/messages to submit your announcement request.
The Monsters provide in-game announcements (i.e. birthdays or anniversaries) displayed on the ceter-hung during first intermission for a $20 donation. Proceeds will go to the Monsters charities. Contact the Monsters front office at (216) 420-0000 within 72 hours in advance of your request to speak to a representative.
For all other events, please submit an e-mail to contactus@cavs.com and it will be forwarded to the event promoter. Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse does not guarantee a response from the promoter.
ATM Locations
Cash is no longeraccepted as a form of payment insideRocket Mortgage FieldHouse. There is however a HuntingtonATM machine located inside the Caesars Sportbook.
For all guests attending a game or event at the FieldHouse, all purchases must be made with a valid debit or credit card, or mobile wallet options like Apple Pay or Google Pay. Money may be exchanged for gift cards at these five reverse ATM locations located inside Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse:
- Box Office located near the Cleveland-Cliffs entrance
- Sherwin-Williams entrance near free-standing Cavs Shield
- Outside the main Team Shop located on the Street Level
- Street Level near Portal 27
- Loudville near Portal 74
Assisted Listening Devices
Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse is proud to be among the leaders in the industry by offering real-time captioning of all public-address audio during Cavaliers and Monsters home games, and *family shows (Disney on Ice, Monster Jam, etc.). In addition to the captioning displays on the four corner scoreboards of the FieldHouse, guests may also view captioned content on their mobile devices by clicking the button available below OR by visiting either Guest Services locations (Portals 1 and 52) to obtain an event code and instructions for that specific event. A limited number of hand-held devices that display captioning are also available for use during an event.
Autographs
Fans can come to the lower rows of Section 105 (located on the Street Level at Portal 5) for Cavaliers player autographs, and the lower rows of Section 110 (located on the Street Level at Portal 13) for visiting team player autographs, from the time doors open until warm ups end. There is no guarantee that fans in these areas will get autographs. Also, if a ticketed guest arrives to their seats, guests seeking autographs may be asked to move.

Baby Changing Stations
Baby changing stations are available in most public restrooms at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. Please see a Guest Services Ambassador if you have any questions.
Backstage Passes
Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse does not issue or sell backstage passes to its events. Backstage access is strictly limited and arranged by tour management.
Bags, Backpacks and Purses
Backpacks, large bags/purses (bags/purses must be 14” x 14” x 6” or smaller and fit under seat without obstruction of aisles), or sealed packages of any kind (including gifts for performers)are not permitted. Click here for more information on permitted items.
Birthday Buttons
For Cavaliers games, first game certificates and birthday buttons are available on Street Level near Portal 17. For Monsters games,guests can pick up their first game certificates and birthday buttons at Monsters Kid Nation at Portal 17.

Cameras
Any professional and/or commercial camera with interchangeable or detachable lenses are not permitted.
Charging Stations
Charging stations are strategically placed throughout Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse for the convenience of our guests.
Children Tickets
Children under the age of two do not require a ticket for a Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse event. However, they cannot occupy a seat and must remain on a ticket holder’s lap for the duration of the event. Children two-years-old and older require tickets for admission to the FieldHouse.
Compliments, Complaints, Comments
During an event, guests are recommended to express any compliments, comments, or concerns at one of our Guest Services Booths locatedat Portal 1 on the Street Level and Portal 52 on Loudville Level. After an event, pleaseemailcontactus@cavs.comto give feedback.

We have 9 available spaces that provide the perfect setting for our guests to hold functions in the exciting sports and entertainment atmosphere that Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse provides.

Membership Headquarters
TheMembership Headquarters for Cavs United and Monsters Hockey Club members, is located just around the corner from the Members Lounge outside of Portal 29 on Street Level. This space is designated for any quick questions for the Membership Team.
Members Lounge
The SeatGeek MembersLounge has a new location in the Fieldhouse!
Cavs United members will have exclusive access to both the lower level and upper level of Fahrenheit throughout pregame – from the time Atrium doors open to tipoff. After tipoff, members of Cavs United will have exclusive access to the second level of Fahrenheit to order food delivery, utilize their member discount at the bar, and enjoy the lounge space.
Monsters Hockey Club Members can enjoy access to the SeatGeek Members Lounge on the second level of Fahrenheit for the entire event.
